Prof. (Dr.) Ripu Ranjan Sinha (RRS) is a Professor and Promoter of Global Innovation,
Peace and Sustainable Development.
Prof. Sinha is Prolific Entrepreneur, Public Figure, National Reformist, Renowned Public
Speaker, Mentor, Author, Writer, Publisher and Philanthropist.
Prof. Sinha is internationally renowned highly acclaimed Indian academician associated with
S.S JAIN Subodh PG College, Jaipur Rajasthan as Professor and Pro-Vice Chancellor
(ASIA) at Commonwealth Vocational University , Kingdom of Tonga (Honorary).
Prof. Sinha is constantly contributing in Global Innovation, Peace and Sustainable
Development and Development in Promotion of various awareness program of United
Nations Sustainable Development Agenda 2030, African Union Development Agenda 2063,
India Sustainable Development Index India@75, Uganda Development Agenda 2040 and
Republic of South Sudan as Development Consultant.
Prof. Sinha is a liaisoning and advisory body that addresses developmental lacunae between the
Asian and African continents whilst promoting a milieu of Sustainable peace and
development. In Promotion of Sustainable Development Goals, United National Sustainable

Development Goals Network appointed Him as a Ambassadors and Country Director of
India and regional Director of Asia. luminary par excellence, Prof. Sinha born and raised in
Bihar – the land of Buddha on 1st July of 1979.
Prof. Sinha is Indian Citizen, holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier College
of Computer Studies, Patna and a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science in Strategic
Knowledge Management and Agent Mediated Technologies in 2013 and Master Diploma in
Software Technologies, IEC Delhi. he attained excellence in research through QIP on “Business
Informatics” and “Research Methodologies” from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur,
Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and Various Short term Courses from MNIT Jaipur
and Central University and State University and Self Finance Private University of
Rajasthan India.
Prof. Sinha is Popularly known as “a man with innovative vision” for his work in sustainable
peace and development, he also played a pivotal organizational and technical role in
spearheading strategic alliance initiatives to promote innovative culture.
Prof. Sinha is Founder and Group Executive President of the World Academy of Informatics
and Management Sciences (WAIMS), Founder and Executive Chairman of the Innovation
Society (India) a revolutionary platform providing an impetus to youth-focused innovative
culture on a PAN India level. Promoter ADCO Trademark, Chairman, Council for Sustainable
Peace and Development, CEO-India Africa knowledge Consortium, Executive President of
International Association of Sports and ICT, International Institute of Responsible Investment
and Board Member of various Software Industries as Independent Director.
Prof. Sinha is Fellow Member of International Scientific Research Organization for Science,

Prof. Sinha is Life Member of Computer Society of India and key personal of CSI Jaipur and
Associate Members of International Association of Computer Science and Information
Technology Singapore and International Engineering Association Hongkong and Advisory
Member of WASET , United States of America. He is a Signatory Member of to the United
Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and very ardent and close Associate of the Association of
African Universities (AAU) and Indian Higher Education.
Prof. Sinha spent two decades at Various Roles of Academics as a Pro-Vice Chancellor
(ASIA) Dean/ Director/ Principal / Professor /HOD and research administrator (mainly at
leading academic with High Rank of NAAC 3.82 CGPA Including JNU Jaipur, Suresh Gyan
Vihar University Jaipur, Rajasthan Technical University Kota Affiliated College) and also
working at Computer Society of India as Chairman-Jaipur and holding Pro-Vice Chancellor
(ASIA) -Commonwealth Vocational University, Kingdom of Tonga for his Policy Planning in
relation with University Infrastructure, Branding and Infrastructure Development.
Prof. Sinha Formed India-Africa Knowledge Consortium for  the promotion of Indo-African
relations and believes that, without the nourishment of innovative culture, developing countries
won’t gain “developed” status. He is Intended to Give Free Education to all African and
Indian Students with his target 30 CR People upto 2030 under the flagship of RED GREEN
MOVEMENT 2030 in Support the Vision of Prime Minister of India Shree Narander Modi Ji

and contributing to achieve 5TRILLION USD to Build India as Economy Superpower upto
2030.
Prof. Sinha is the initiators of RED GREEN MOVEMENT 2030 (Movement for Creation of
Scientific Temper and Synergies in India among youth of India for the vision of Developed
India) and SOUTH SUDAN GREEN AND INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 2030 Under the
Flagship of Prof. James Wani IGGA- Vice President- Republic of South Sudan (Movement for
Creation of Scientific Temper and Development Infrastructure Synergies in South Sudan
through attracting Investment in South Sudan in Vision of Developed South Sudan).
Prof. Sinha is Research Supervisor of Rajasthan Technical University Kota and He
Supervised 08 Ph.D , 02 Post Doctorate in the areas of Electronics and Communication
Engineering , Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Information
Technologies. He is also Supervising Ph.D, DBA Research Scholars in Computer Science,
Futuristic Information Technologies.
Prof. Sinha is the recipient of a plethora of prestigious awards and has been honored for his
achievements in promoting innovative culture and the “Made in India” initiative in
conferences/seminars/meetings in Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, UAE, United Kingdom,
